RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Reema Ahsan, each outfit is custom-made with great care to meet the specific requirements of our valued customers. Therefore, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange.

  • Lawn sales and custom orders are also strictly non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No returns will be accepted for any reason.

  • Once an order has been delivered, it is considered the customer’s property, and no further claims will be entertained.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • We do not provide monetary refunds.

  • Once the outfit has been delivered, no refund or chargeback claims through banks will be accepted.

  • Customers may only purchase new items separately if they wish to change their order.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for checking size, alterations, and customization details before delivery. After delivery, no complaints regarding sizing, fit, or alterations will be accepted.

  • Any delivery address changes must be requested before dispatch. After delivery, no changes will be possible.
